Turn Around Time

Our turn around time is currently:

• 14-21 business days for all engraved silicone.
• 30-45 business days for all custom signs.

We do offer rush orders with a 7-12 day turn around time for an additional $20.00 per item.

How Do I Hang My Sign?

At the time of ordering you will select either D Ring or Sawtooth Hanger which will be taped to the back of the sign for you to attach.

What is Your Return Policy?

Because every item is customized we do not offer returns at this time. If you would like to cancel an order please email me within 24 hours to do so.

Can You Help Me Pick Colors?

Absolutely! If you are unsure of the design or color pallet just email me a picture of the room or theme of the area the sign is being placed and I will give you my opinion on what colors I think would look best.

How Do I Know My Order Has Shipped?

You will receive an email with the tracking number when your order is on its way.
